In January, Lloyd N. Martin of Laskoff & Associates volunteered as an adoption expert at an adoption awareness event held at the First Universalist Church of Auburn. He was one of four LRIS members who participated in the event, which was held to educate the public about adoption. The event featured a production of "Chosen: adoption stories."
