C. Martin Berman practices in the area of probate.
Attorney Berman graduated from the University of Maine (B.A.) in 1951 and Boston University (LL.B.) in 1954. Attorny Berman served as a State Legislature Representative from Auburn from 1959 to 1962. Mr. Berman was admitted to the Maine and Massachusetts bars in 1954 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berman practiced law for 53 years with the Lewiston firm of Berman & Simmons (formerly Berman, Berman & Berman) with his father, Benjamin Berman, and his uncle, David Berman. Mr. Berman is a member of the Androscoggin County, Maine State, and American Bar Associations; Maine Trial Lawyers Association; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and is a founding member of the Lakes Environmental Association.
He resides in Naples with his wife, Pat.
